What is the Ultimate Reset? My Results and WHY I Am Doing It Again

Ultimate Reset

The Ultimate Reset is a unique cleanse program that helps people of all ages safely find relief from digestive issues, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, asthma, arthritis, depression and inflammatory conditions. Even individuals without any of those conditions can use the Ultimate Reset as a “tune-up” to help restore balance to the body and help the body be more efficient. The  Ultimate Reset has been clinically studied and is clinically proven to work by the The Journal of Chiropractic Medicine, who did a clinical study with participants at New York Chiropractic College. Each participant followed the program completely and reported substantial weight loss, improvements in cholesterol, and improvements in blood pressure.

I personally completed the Ultimate Reset program in April 2013. Was it easy? No way – it was not easy. Was it worth it? Yes, it was. In those 21 days, I think I prepared more food than I have in my entire life, which made for an annoyed hubby (he does the dishes – hehe!), but I learned more about food than ever before. I learned how to properly fuel my body with food and give my body the energy it needs without the use of excessive caffeine. My results were great – I lost 9 pounds in 21 days and my cholesterol dropped 21 points – which is amazing because my cholesterol was already low. I felt a sense of renewal and no longer needed caffeine to get up in the morning. Six months later and I have not gained one bit of the weight back that I lost – in fact, I have actually lost 7 more pounds since then (I typically lose weight very slowly when I am close to my goal). The weight loss on this cleanse is NOT “water weight” – it is the old gunk stuck in your body that it struggles every day to get rid of and can’t. PS – the Ultimate Reset will NOT send you running for the bathroom – I know a lot of people fear that with cleanses. The Ultimate Reset detox is safe and gentle.

My Ultimate Reset Results

So why am I doing this program again? Well, over the past six months I have slowly let my eating habits go south… do I eat terrible or like I did before? Absolutely not! But my eating is nowhere near perfect and my body feels it. Also, I have become increasingly lethargic and dependent on caffeine again. I have somehow injured myself and have inflammation in my ribs – which is very painful and can only be covered up with medication until it heals. This has made my exercise inconsistent – doctor’s orders – and since you cannot do strenuous exercise while on the Ultimate Reset I figured now is perfect timing!

I’d be thrilled to have a few of you complete this program with me – it is very tough to do without support and accountability. In 21 days you will have improved sleeping patterns, improved digestion, weight loss, decreased cholesterol and decreased blood pressure. If for any reason you were not satisfied with the results, you’d receive a refund – but I have never seen anyone not thrilled with the results and how they feel! If you’re considering doing this program – check out this page – Ultimate Reset – or Contact Me and we will chat about it and see if it is a good fit for you or not.
