P90x3 Challenge: Day 7 The Warrior
Today on the schedule was The Warrior. At the beginning of the workout, Tony mentions how he has visited hundred of military bases across the world and brings this workout along with him to do with the troops he visits. I was excited to get to workout like the WARRIORS! There was a lot of core and cardio work in The Warrior. My core is weak but I am determined to strengthen it so I will also have less back problems. We were also granted 3 one minute breaks during the 30 minutes which flew by – I was so winded I had to sit down during those breaks. This workout was intense!
We still had a modifier we could follow, but she is a former dancer and very fit… so she didn’t seem to need much modifying. However, I kept up with her. 🙂 The spiderman squats about killed me – but I was laughing because I was enjoying it! I also took my measurements and body fat percentage this morning and am thrilled to report my week one results later today… 🙂 Stay tuned.
