Happy New Year!

I want to wish you a very HAPPY NEW YEAR! Instead of resolutions,  let’s make goals!! I know I have a long list- what’s your goals for 2014?

    Big fitness goals this year… have the baby (any day now!) … I’ve only put on 5 lbs this pregnancy (yay!) but I put on too much (due to undiagnosed insulin resistance) prior to getting pregnant. So, once the baby is born and I’m cleared, it’s time to Turbo Jam my way back to healthy and fit!
