My Favorite Clean Eating Recipes

 

clean eating recipes I find awesome clean eating recipes across the internet all the time! It is hard to keep up with them all. I wanted to share with you a few of my favorites! Clean Eating Turkey Chili from The Gracious Pantry

Ingredients you will need to grab at the store:

1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil

1 large red onion, chopped

1 large green bell pepper, chopped

6 cloves garlic, diced

1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey meat

4 tablespoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 tablespoon chili powder

3 cups fresh tomatoes, diced

1 vegetable bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup of water (gluten free if needed)

1 (6 ounce) can of tomato paste

1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, no sugar added (optional)

Grilled Salmon with Tomatoes & Basil from Eating Well

Ingredients you will need to grab at the store:

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 whole wild salmon fillet (also called a “side of salmon,” about 1 1/2 pounds; see Tips)

1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil, divided

2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Salsa Chicken from He and She Eat Clean

Ingredients you will need to grab at the store:

3-4 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 large diced tomatoes

1.5 cups (roughly) of your favorite salsa

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper (if you want to make it spicy)

Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing from Southern Girl Eats Clean

This is amazing! Go grab the following ingredients:

1 ripe organic avocado

1 shallot, chopped

1 cup of flat leaf parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp. of organic cold-pressed olive oil

1 cup of water

2 Tbsp. of white wine vinegar

1 tsp. of Real Salt or sea salt

½ tsp. of cracked black pepper

Low Calorie Freezer Friendly Bacon Egg Burritos from Sugarfree Mom

Love these because you can freeze them for a super-fast breakfast! Grab these ingredients:

12 slices turkey bacon

10 eggs

1/2 cup egg whites

1/2 cup milk, 1%

1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend)

optional: 1 cup salsa
