Hello friends! So I survived day two of the 21 Day Fix TurboFire hybrid! Eating was on point again, though had quite the stressful day at the office. But I survived with no fatty snacks which is a big feat because I pass them multiple times a day and they’re free for the taking. I know how a bunch of sugar or carbs make me FEEL, so that helps me resist.
Workout #1 went down at 6am and was TurboFire HIIT 20. These HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are no joke but keep your body burning fat for hours after you’re done – SCORE! I also loved that it was only 20 minutes.
Workout #2 went down at like 7:30pm because I had to spend some time venting to a friend when I got home from work. 🙂 It was fitting that workout #2 was 21 Day Fix Yoga… Yoga is a great de-stressor but I’m not a big fan, LOL. I frequently suffer from lower back pain so stretching is important for me especially.
Tomorrow I’ve just got one 45 minute workout which is perfect because I have church tomorrow night! 🙂 See you tomorrow!!!
