Greek Yogurt Chicken
small chicken breasts
skinless and boneless
plain Greek yogurt
tsp. dried parsley
tsp. onion powder
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken in a baking dish, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Using a kitchen brush (or spoon or whatever you have), brush the Greek yogurt mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts – please test for doneness by using a meat thermometer and ensuring it reaches 165 degrees F).
