Five Mantras When You Feel Like Giving Up

We all need a little encouragement from time to time; unfortunately our best friend isn’t as assessable as we would like. I have been learning a lot about mantras recently and the power of thought. You can not only change your mood, but you can change your life by changing your thoughts!

I know, right!

I have put together a quick list of my favorite (5) mantras for when you feel like giving up!

  1. Never give up on a dream, the time will pass anyway.
  2. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
  3. Don’t wait until you have reached your goal to be proud of yourself.
  4. Be stubborn about your goals and flexible with your methods.
  5. The difference between winning and losing is most often not quitting.
