We all need a little encouragement from time to time; unfortunately our best friend isn’t as assessable as we would like. I have been learning a lot about mantras recently and the power of thought. You can not only change your mood, but you can change your life by changing your thoughts!

I have put together a quick list of my favorite (5) mantras for when you feel like giving up!
- Never give up on a dream, the time will pass anyway.
- If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
- Don’t wait until you have reached your goal to be proud of yourself.
- Be stubborn about your goals and flexible with your methods.
- The difference between winning and losing is most often not quitting.
