What is PiYo? Exclusive Test Group Opportunity

what is piyo

Good evening, friends!! I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about this new program that’s going to be released after this week’s Team Beachbody Coach SUMMIT in Vegas! I wanted to explain this new program, answering the most commonly asked questions about it. **See below HOW you can apply for the first test group!**

PiYo is Beachbody’s newest fitness program, created by the lovely Chalene Johnson. Chalene Johnson is a motivational speaker, New York Times Best Selling author and celebrity fitness trainer. Chalene’s home fitness programs Turbo Fire, ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Jam have sold over 10 million copies. Chalene Johnson is the creator of Turbo Kick which holds classes in gyms and fitness centers all over the United States and Canada. I credit the majority of my weight loss success to using TurboFire.

What is PiYo?

Chalene Johnson took the very best Pilates- and yoga-inspired moves and cranked up the speed to give you full-throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training—all at once. PiYo packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass—as you’re burning crazy calories. There is no jumping or weights required for PiYo so it’s a great low-impact workout. It also is going to be super convenient for frequent travelers because it doesn’t require weights or any other equipment.
