I’ve announced everywhere else but here on the blog. So now you’re in the loop!!
My hubby and I are expecting our first child in November. So exciting! So scary! So overwhelming! It’s certainly an odd feeling when you know something is fluttering in your tummy, but it’s too small to feel. 🙂
I’ve always told myself I would do everything I could to have the healthiest pregnancy possible when the time came, but it honestly has been a struggle so far.
I’ve had morning sickness for the past 4 weeks, that basically lasts ALL DAY. So my workouts have suffered, as has my nutrition! There have been days where all I could stomach were corn dogs and pickles, which is quite the difference from my typically healthy diet. I’ve even battled my Shakeology because it has become a food aversion of mine in the recent weeks. I miss my daily dose of dense nutrition!
Today, however, I feel great. I’m currently knocking on wood and praying that this sticks around! I hit 10 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and we are also about to go on our yearly Beachbody Success Club trip next WEEK to Cancun! So prayers lifted that I still feel awesome.
When I return, I plan to start a new workout regimen that is pregnancy friendly, and start back with my Shakeology (strawberry, please!). I may change my mind again before then, LOL!, but right now I plan to do a mixture of Brazil Butt Lift and Hip Hop Abs.
