Quick summary:
20 minutes a day
6 days per week
6 week schedule
NO REPEATED WORKOUTS!
While this program is not even released yet and the very FIRST test group just finished their first 6 week round, we do know some details!
- People are losing 3-7 pounds in the first WEEK!
- Uses a step (can be purchased with it or on its own)
- Modifier is included
- 20 minutes per day
- 6 workouts per week
- This is a 6 week program
- Contains no repeat workouts
- Will not be on DVD
