Core de Force Meal Plan & Week 1 Results

This is the first time in a LONG time that I’ve been as committed as I am right at this moment. I guess since having my daughter in November 2015, I’ve just “dabbled” with my fitness. I have remained “ALL IN” when it comes to helping my clients get results, but my own results were lacking. I was lacking in consistency. BIG TIME. I’m sure we’ve all experienced that before. That has been what the last 12 months of my life has looked like! I finally decided I was DONE! So if you’re DONE, too – then keep reading. I’ll share my Core de Force results with you. 🙂


So to help me become more consistent, I started a daily video diary, which you can find below for my first 7 days. 🙂 No video for day 7 because I rested.


Ok, awesome! Doing a daily video diary has definitely helped me stay super consistent! I’m so happy to report back to you that I also lost 2.4 pounds my first week! I also measured and by the 3rd day I had lost 1 inch in my hips and 1 inch in my waist! [Didn’t measure anything else]
