Hello friends! Today was DAY 7 of my 21 Day Fix TurboFire hybrid workout schedule! 🙂 I can’t believe a week has already passed by, but I am really enjoying this schedule. Went to church this morning before doing my workout.
Workout #1 was TurboFire HIIT 20 class – hardcore!! Chalene’s HIIT’s are no joke. I also recorded a video that I will share tomorrow to answer a question I frequently get asked about TurboFire!!
Workout #2 happened later in the day, while my hubby was out playing softball – one of his favorite things to do. This workout was 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix (that’s a mouthful); this one was tough as well!! This workout is 30 minutes of cardio with weights. My muscles were screaming by the end – this will hurt tomorrow but in a good way!!!
