Hello friends!!! I hope you had an awesome Thursday and have some fun weekend plans for Memorial Day! I had some struggles this morning with my workout willpower. It’s day 4 of my 21 Day Fix TurboFire hybrid and I woke up with extreme back pain. So I didn’t work out. :-O But I’m totally being transparent and honest here because I want you to know I am not perfect nor do I ever pretend to be!
So after work I pressed play twice. Workout #1 was TurboFire HIIT 25. Only 25 minutes woohoo!!!
Workout #2 was 21 Day Fix Upper Fix and I started to poop out in the middle after pushing so hard in my first workout. But slowly I got through it, lol!
