I can’t believe it is already day 15 of my 21 Day Fix TurboFire hybrid! I love these two programs so much, so it was a no-brainer when I thought of putting them together. Most of my scheduled workouts this week were from TurboFire.
On the schedule today was TurboFire Sculpt 30. Today was the first time I’d ever done this particular TurboFire workout. OMG! I will have to mix this one into my schedule more often because this one was all weight lifting but I was covered in sweat as if I’d been doing cardio! My arms and legs were shaking like jell-o. I loved it!!!
It’s almost the weekend!!!
