I hope you had an amazing day today!!! Things have been super busy around my household as I am preparing for a major change coming soon – I will share that with you soon but I am very excited!!
I’ve been slowing down recently and doing one workout most days, rather than two, as I am going through this extremely busy time!
So on the 21 Day Fix TurboFire hybrid for day 14 I had TurboFire HIIT 20 on the schedule. These HIIT workouts always make me feel super accomplished even though they are short!! Then I enjoyed some post-workout Shakeology to refuel my body.
