Hello friends!! Today was my official day 12 of my 21 Day Fix TurboFire hybrid, because I totally screwed up this weekend and I want to be honest with you. No hiding the truth here. 🙂 I know we ALL struggle at times and I want you to know that I’m with you!
Saturday we had a Beachbody training in Atlanta, which was so much fun. I really didn’t stray too far from my 21 Day Fix diet either, so that’s a win… but it was a lot of sitting! Then Sunday I helped my in-laws move some things into their new house which took a few hours, but at least I was moving!!
So workout #1 today was Pilates Fix, which I love to do in the mornings. Like I’ve said before, my back hurts frequently in the mornings, so Pilates Fix really helps!
Workout #2 was TurboFire HIIT 25, another favorite because it is QUICK and will make you work super hard!!! It feels like it shoves an hour workout into 25 minutes, which I love because I’m busy.
I’ll be writing you soon to tell you a little more about the new workout coming soon, PIYO – cannot WAIT for this one! My friend just completed the test group and had JAW-DROPPING results. Can’t wait to share. 🙂
