I’ve been so excited and ready to share with you my 21 Day Fix Extreme Results and Meal Plan, but it took me a little time to type up the actual meal plan. 🙂
I have been SO EXCITED to start this program since I heard about it very early this year. I had great results last year with the original 21 Day Fix (see my results here).
My husband did decide to do this program with me this time, at least the eating portions. He prefers to exercise at the gym, and I prefer to exercise at home, so I am following the program exactly. 🙂
I am in the second calorie tier, which is for 1,500 to 1,799 calories per day. This equates to the following container counts:
For the Countdown to Competition days –
For the Extreme Eating days –
On my 21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan I share below, while I did not mark each item as the color it corresponds to, you will be able to tell if you have the program because all of the lists are in the book.
If you would find it easier to have tracking tally sheets to use throughout the day like I did, head on over to my post titled Get Prepared for 21 Day Fix and I share downloadable versions of those. You can edit these on your computer or print them out!
Day 1 was Plyo Fix Extreme and this one was TOUGH!! I’ve always been easily exhausted with anything plyometrics related, and this was no different. 🙂
Day 2 was Upper Fix Extreme, and I loved this one! I absolutely love exercising my arms. I prefer it much more than legs. 🙂
Day 3 was Pilates Fix Extreme, and this one was difficult, but pleasant. You use a resistance band for the pilates moves to make them harder, and I enjoyed it. As you can see, one of my dogs enjoyed it with me. 🙂
Day 4 was Lower Fix Extreme. I will honestly say I definitely didn’t love it, because legs are not my favorite thing to workout! But I liked it better than the Plyo. 😉 I forgot to take a post-workout pic but I got a pictrue of my snack! Shakeology and honeydew melon.
Day 5 was Cardio Fix Extreme, which was fine. Definitely more tough than the original 21 Day Fix Cardio Fix, but I enjoyed it. It was a great challenge.
Day 6 was Dirty 30 Extreme, and if you’ve done the original program, I’m sure you remember how tough it was then! Well, it is even more tough now! 🙂
And Day 7 was Yoga Fix Extreme. Definitely a pleasant break, though still not easy!
And what you probably have been patiently awaiting the most… the meal plan I followed this week AND my week 1 results!
