This updated 21 Day Fix foods list will give you more flexibility in your meal planning. The entire goal of the 21 Day Fix is to teach you clean eating and portion control and how to easily implement it into your life. If there’s a food that you feel like should be included on the list but it isn’t, never hesitate to use a source like Fooducate (there’s a free app for phones) and it will give you a grade score such as A, B, C, or D and you can be the final judge on whether or not you should include it in your 21 Day Fix diet!
