Greek Yogurt Chicken Recipe – yum!

Ya’ll…. this was delicious! Super moist, flavorful, AND healthy! 😀 Win win! I know that when you’re trying to follow a healthier diet, most plans lead you to eat lots of lean protein, and chicken is a great option. However, I also know how BORINGGGGG chicken can get!! So I hope you LOVE this recipe!

It is also totally 21 Day Fix approved! For my friends following the 21 Day Fix (you gotta ask me about this if you’re not!), each chicken breast is 1.25 red and .5 blue.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Using a kitchen brush (or spoon or whatever you have), brush the Greek yogurt mixture over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts - please test for doneness by using a meat thermometer and ensuring it reaches 165 degrees F).
