If you’re new to clean eating, you may feel lost! I’ve been there; I understand what you are feeling. I wanted to create a helpful tool for you that you can print and take with you – a clean eating grocery list. This way, you will have a helpful cheat sheet to take with you to the grocery store.

I have a much more in-depth introduction to clean eating, and you can sign up for that here. It’s free!

And as promised, here is the grocery list. I hope that this helps take some of the guesswork out of clean eating and makes it easier for you to make the transition to eating this way. I know it can seem confusing, but you will get used to it very quickly! You will soon no longer be interested in all of those packaged foods in the grocery store.
