And as promised, here is the grocery list. I hope that this helps take some of the guesswork out of clean eating and makes it easier for you to make the transition to eating this way. I know it can seem confusing, but you will get used to it very quickly! You will soon no longer be interested in all of those packaged foods in the grocery store.
