I found this recipe online and modified it a bit to make sure it was 21 Day Fix approved…and it is fantastic! All my dreams came true with this 21 Day Fix shrimp alfredo! 😉 The recipe below is just for the sauce. All I did was cook fully thawed shrimp about 5 minutes on each side until they were done… and I’m no expert at cooking shrimp so just follow whatever instructions you get on the package of shrimp! 🙂 And I put it on top of whole wheat pasta. I also topped with a few cherry tomatoes, but not really enough to count in my containers. 🙂
Container counts for the sauce: 1 blue, 1 red – be sure and count your pasta and protein if you add any!

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over super, super, super low heat.
- Stir constantly until hot and cheese has melted.
- Carefully transfer to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour over your favorite pasta.
- Top with black pepper, and sea salt if desired.
- Enjoy!
