I found this recipe online and modified it a bit to make sure it was 21 Day Fix approved…and it is fantastic! All my dreams came true with this 21 Day Fix shrimp alfredo! 😉 The recipe below is just for the sauce. All I did was cook fully thawed shrimp about 5 minutes on each side until they were done… and I’m no expert at cooking shrimp so just follow whatever instructions you get on the package of shrimp! 🙂 And I put it on top of whole wheat pasta. I also topped with a few cherry tomatoes, but not really enough to count in my containers. 🙂


Container counts for the sauce: 1 blue, 1 red – be sure and count your pasta and protein if you add any!

21 Day Fix Alfredo Sauce
  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over super, super, super low heat.
  2. Stir constantly until hot and cheese has melted.
  3. Carefully transfer to blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour over your favorite pasta.
  6. Top with black pepper, and sea salt if desired.
  7. Enjoy!
