21 Day Fix Seasoning Recipes

21 Day Fix Seasoning – Southwestern

1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt

Mix all the ingredients together. This makes a great taco seasoning. I LOVE spicy foods, so I also add this to eggs and anything else that I might want a spicy kick added to.

21 Day Fix Seasoning – All-Purpose

4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp sea salt

Mix together and use on anything!

21 Day Fix Seasoning – Mediterranean

4 Tbsp dried parsley, crushed
4 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp dried basil, crushed
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mix together and use on fish or chicken, or really anything that you’d like to add a mediterranean flair to!
