Ya’ll… this buffalo chicken macaroni recipe was AMAZING! It seriously tastes so sinful… like I was eating a big portion of buffalo chicken dip which is one of my biggest weaknesses!! - 3.75 cups shredded chicken
- .75 cup plain Greek yogurt
- .5 cup hot sauce/tabasco sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups cooked whole wheat noodles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil chicken covered in water.
- Boil noodles. Set aside.
- Once chicken is fully cooked, shred using 2 forks. **DO NOT dump the chicken water!**
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Use 1.5 cups of the water you boiled the chicken in as the chicken broth.
- Combine everything into a baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- EAT!
